My work combines the most up to date science of Nutritional Therapy with motivational health coaching, so you have a personalised health plan that’s right for you. Together we tackle nutrition imbalances and negative habits, so you can live your best life.

Online Group Programmes

Sometimes it’s great to work on your health in a community of like-minded people to keep you motivated, so I run a number of online group programmes over the year, lasting from 3 to 10 weeks. You’ll get easy to follow meal plans with nutritious, tasty recipes; expert information, tips and challenges to keep you motivated and a weekly Q&A session. Programmes start from £45.

Comprehensive 12 week programme

Clients who are self-motivated and want to gain clarity about how to achieve and maintain their optimal health find this programme effective. It’s seven 1:1 nutrition coaching sessions, over 12 weeks where you get a full health assessment and personalised plan based on your goals; coaching, motivation and accountability to help your new healthy habits; and knowledge of what foods will help nourish, energise and heal your body.

Intensive 12 week programme

Clients who have complex health issues or who have busy, demanding lifestyles find the 12 weekly nutrition coaching sessions support them best to break negative patterns of behaviour and integrate a new approach to their health and lifestyle. In addition to a full health assessment and personalised plan, you’ll have access to practical menu plans to support your new lifestyle and behaviour change techniques to overcome those bad habits which threaten to undermine your good efforts.

Focused 6 week programme

Clients with minor health issues or a small amount of weight to lose find this is a great introductory programme with a personalised plan and 4 sessions designed to kickstart your journey to better health.

Programme Fees start from £320. The cost of any clinical tests and/or supplements are not included.
