I’m Alison and I began this journey 10 years ago, when I realised that all through my career as a Senior Manager and Chief Executive my health was suffering because of the long hours, poor diet and general stress I faced. My weight was creeping steadily upwards and I did every diet I could think of to try and feel healthy again, but it wasn’t working. After suffering a major bout of depression, I had an epiphany whilst listening to a speaker at a conference talk about happiness. I started to question how much what I ate and how I lived my life was making me unwell. As I sought the answers I realised that these things were completely interconnected, and I decided to retrain as a nutritional therapist and health coach. I changed my thinking about food, how I approached life and I started to thrive.
Because I know health isn’t just about what we put in our bodies but also how we treat ourselves I also trained as a massage therapist and reflexology so I can offer additional support to clients who live locally.

Everyone of us is different based on our life experiences and that’s true of our health too. In my 1:1 sessions, my personalised, evidence based approach to your health means that you get support based on what will work best for you. As a health coach I work with you, keep you accountable and help you recognise what motivates you so that you make long-lasting changes.
But I also recognise that sometimes we want the support of a like-minded community, so I offer online group programmes and I run seminars and programmes within businesses.

I offer a free 30 mins review to everyone so that I can find out what your goals are, and we work out together how I can support you effectively.. I’ll ask you a few questions before we start, so I get a little bit of information about your main issues and then I call you at the time you’ve chosen.
